Let us help you design or value engineer your plans & drawings. For residential homes w/ less than 3,500 sf of habitable space, we are able to develop drawings in our studio. For all other projects, we can connect you with licensed architects and engineers capable and qualified to develop your project. We can also assist you along the way by reviewing the building design for function, cost and feasibility.

Construction (Owner's) Representative Services

What is a Construction Representative? A Construction Representative (a.k.a. Owner's Rep) is a person/entity that is responsible for ensuring all field works covered by the contract are carried out in accordance with the approved specifications and conditions of the contract as agreed to. The Owner's Rep also manages communication between the owner, design team and the general contractor. Hiring an Owner's Rep is one of the best ways to control costs and prevent budget overruns on larger construction projects.

We have the experience to help you develop realistic budgets and schedules upfront and then manage the project to meet those targets.

Construction Documentation Services

Oh the paperwork . . .

Let us help you or your client guide you in the preparation of all the construction related documentation that is required for your project. No two projects are the same when it comes to paperwork requirements. Let our experienced staff help you in meeting the requirements of your project whether it be design & permit requirements, contract design, SESC reporting, AIA billing & sworn statements, or state licensing and reporting.

If we haven't already done it (which we probably have), we will research and prepare the project for compliance.

Bank Draw Inspections

We perform periodic on-site draw inspections for banks financing residential and commercial construction projects. Our extensive commercial construction experience allows us to conduct independent, periodic bank inspections on all commercial projects, no matter the size.

We are located in the middle of Michigan which affords us to ability to conduct bank inspections anywhere in the state.

Home Inspections

Our certified home inspection professionals conduct detailed home inspections designed to inform prospective home buyers of issues related to the purchase of their new home. We also perform presale home inspections for sellers so identified issues can be addressed prior to listing the home.
